Turtle Swim wants you to love everything you buy from us and if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days for return and exchange.

Returns

• Unworn products can be returned for a refund less shipping fee
• Return items must not be worn and be in the original condition they were sent in, items without tags will not be accepted.
• Any defective/ missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date.
• Returns will be issued to the original form of payment.

How do I return my order?

• Once return is authorized, you will receive a return label along with instructions.
• Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. 

Exchanges

• To exchange for another item click on [...] and log in using your email.
• Complimentary shipping on exchange orders for domestic purchases only made within 30 days.
• Exchanges will be fulfilled depending on stock availability, in which you will be notified.
